A BIG Thank You to all who gave of their time to help out with the Daily Bread during the week of April 21-25.
MAY: We will be collecting non-perishable food items for the Second Harvest food bank May 4th - 18th. Many people are currently hurting, due to loss of jobs and a slow economy. Please share whatever you can. The Lord will bless you for it. It is such a wonderful feeling to know that you are providing food for someone who really needs it. There will be a box provided in the Narthex for collecting the food.
New ministry "The Driving Force". This ministry will be for those individuals who would like to come to church, but have no transportation. We are in the process of creating a list of those people. If someone on the list lives near you, perhaps you could provide that transportation for them, to and from church.This will be a wonderful ministry to take part in if you are able. Please pray about this ministry. Contact Beverly House if you are in need of transportation or have transportation do help out those in need.
